Novella Reading Week Challenge Intro

Novella Reading Week

10th - 16th June

The lovely ladies over at Fiktshun and Magical Urban Fantasy Reads have joined forces to create the Novella Reading Week challenge!

Here's what they said:

There are just so many amazing novellas that have been released that never seem to make it onto the reading pile. With review books or highly anticipated full-length novels, those super quick but awesome short stories get put on the back burner.

Without making a commitment to read them, stories like DESTROY ME by Tahereh Mafi, DIE FOR HER by Amy Plum, RADIANT by Cynthia Hand, A DANCE WITH DARKNESS by Courtney Allison Moulton or GLITTER & DOOM by Bethany Griffin don’t stand a chance when up against their full-length counterparts.

So that’s what Mindy of Magical Urban Fantasy Reads and I decided to do. Commit to reading as many novellas as we can for one week, setting aside our review books and finally diving into those short stories we’ve been dying to check out for ages.
And we thought that maybe there were one or two readers who might like to join us.

I think this is a great idea as there are so many novellas that I haven't yet found the time to read. I'm taking part in the challenge in the hope that I'll be able to catch up with my novella backlog!

I'm starting with Crossing the Line (A Pushing the Limits novella) by Katie McGarry!

I'm also hoping to read:

Flirting With Maybe by Wendy Higgins
Undone (Unraveling #1.5) by Elizabeth Norris
Shadows (a Lux novella) by Jennifer L. Armentrout
Runaway Queen (The Bane Chronicles #2) by Cassie Clare

And if there's time:

Destroy Me (Shatter Me #1.5) by Tahereh Mafi
Daimon (a covenant novella) by Jennifer L. Armentrout
Bridge (Shade #2.5) by Jeri Smith-Ready
The Prince (The Selection #0.5) by Kiera Cass
