What they say: An Amazon UK #1 bestselling humorous erotic romance standalone. A spin-off to The Temptress.

Hunter Donovan. He was everything I openly loathed, but everything I secretly desired.

Cocky, arrogant, and crude. When Hunter wanted something, he pursued, relentlessly, until he got it. And right now, I was his prey. The trouble was, I didn’t want to be added to his endless list of conquests.

Gorgeous, masculine, with a body made for sin. The most perfect specimen of male I’d ever set eyes on, and he knew it. The trouble was, I saw the pain he was trying to hide, and I wanted to heal him.

He wanted my body, but I wanted his heart.

Coco Barella. She was everything I openly desired, but everything I’d convinced myself I didn’t need.

Beautiful, sexy, and sassy, all of the qualities that I wanted in my bed.

Compassionate, loving, and perfect, all of the qualities that I didn’t need in my life.

I needed to pull her to me, but at the same time I wanted to push her away.

When the sexual magnetism between two people is so hot, it can scorch everything around it to ash, who will emerge from the flames victorious?

All That Glisters is a standalone novel, a spin off to the best-selling humorous erotic romance novel, The Temptress. It features the supporting characters of Coco, Dom and Hunter. You don't need to have read The Temptress to enjoy this novel.

I received a copy in exchange for an honest review!

What I say: Oh how naughty! The big sparkly bling on the cover may have been what initially caught my eye, but once I got into C.J. Fallowfield's jetset romance I found myself hooked on Coco's and Hunter's dramatic and sassy story.

I'm going to admit the extent of my knowledge of diamonds is pretty much limited to watching a few episodes of Posh Pawn and the movie Blood Diamond. So I relished the chance to discover more about the high stakes world of precious gemstones and high end jewellery production. I promise it's much more intriguing and exciting than I've made it sound.

I liked Coco and Hunter and particularly appreciated the length of their romance. It was nice to see more to their relationship than just instant love/lust - although there is plenty of lust. Fallowfield takes the time to introduce her characters and teases both them and us readers with plenty of back-and-forth. I did find myself wanting to shake some sense into them both at times but I like the angst and will-they-won't-they elements, which I often find annoying but it worked here.

I had the Semisonic song Chemistry in my head whist reading All that Glisters, because holy chemistry batman!! Doc and Hunter are passionate and intense. It's a naughty adult romance so be prepared for lots of detail, sexy times and Hunter's filthy mouth!

Coco and Hunter are supported by a bunch of wonderful secondary characters - I loved Dom! I found myself wondering what he was going to say next. I don't read as many naughty adult books these days, but I'm glad I took the time to read All that Glisters and allowed my magpie eyes to be drawn to the sparkly cover!
