Bookish Things on Boxing Day

Happy Boxing Day

I hope you all had a wonderful day with friends and family yesterday whether you celebrate Christmas or not.

Due to family illness we didn't make our usual Christmas snowboarding trip to the French Alps, but instead stayed in Blighty and went for dinner in a very swanky restaurant. Today I'm in charge of cooking (always a great idea to let the veggie cook the Christmas roast - haha)!

I received lots of lovely gift cards to buy books and some cute booked themed goodies, including lots of Harry Potter themed goodness! What bookish gifts did you receive or give to friends this year?

Have a wonderful Boxing Day and don't forget to enter my special annual Christmas and New Year giveaway!

Harry Potter & the Joy of Christmas

Harry Potter & Christmas

Avoiding the books verses movies debate, I always think both make for fabulous Christmassy reading and viewing, in particular the earlier books/movies!

What could be more Christmassy than a snowy castle, Weasley Christmas jumpers, beautiful trees and feasts?

Need more convincing? Okay, how about...

Hagrid's hut? Christmas at the Burrow? The snowing Great Hall, come on it's SO christmassy!
